Hi all I’ve just read a really interesting article about how we can become addicted to being busy and how helpful it it to choose to slow down sometimes.
They suggest taking a 45 second pause every hour  to “take a moment” so here it is if you’d like to try it;
1. Set a reminder to prompt you to take the moment.
2. When you get the notification stop what you are doing, let go of thoughts and direct your attention to your breath.
3. After the first breath cycle relax your body. After the second, focus your attention. After the third ask yourself “What am I doing right now?” – then you can choose and have more control of what you are doing and slow down if you’d like to.
