Kindness is an essential part of mindfulness. With Valentine’s Day approaching a lot of reminders about love can be seen around us. What, however I don’t think we see enough about is showing love and being kind to ourselves!
Mindfulness helps us to be softer and kinder towards ourselves – we don’t need to be our own worst enemy. You might like to try the Loving Kindness or Three Step Kindfulness practices on our app. Or maybe just simply saying to yourself “It’s OK” when you feel sad / stressed / anxious or uneasy.
