Psychotherapy

I use psychotherapy to support and treat people for a variety of emotional issues.

Psychotherapy is used to treat depression, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, anger problems, PTSD, phobias, traumas, low self-esteem, relationship problems, addiction (all kinds), obsessions, self-harming, poor concentration, poor sleep, medical conditions with an emotional component.

Mindfulness

I run mindfulness courses for the public and within workplaces, offer individual mindfulness sessions and run a variety of mindfulness introductory / taster sessions for groups. Online sessions are available.

Mindfulness can benefit everyone in their lives and you don’t need to be unwell to benefit from it (but if you are then you will of course).
