I have found the course very helpful, the structure of the course has been good. I feel the app is a great resource, which going forward could perhaps be shown or used more in future courses. This may encourage people to use it more and this thus encourage more formal practice. The course provides lots of variety to mindful practice thus catering for different people and providing a wider knowledge of the subject.
Enjoyed course, found it has given me building blocks to build on. It has also given me pointer / anchors to help practice mindfulness. App is very useful.

“Emma and mindfulness have quite literally transformed my life. After undergoing treatment for cancer and being given the all clear I had a lot of anxiety regarding the cancer returning. My oncology consultant recommended that I ‘try’ mindfulness and through a friend was recommended Emma!

I had three one to one sessions with Emma as I wasn’t in to group sessions and was keen to understand how mindfulness could help me become more focused in both my personal and busy professional life.
