Mindfulness Tip

Earlier I had to retrace my steps after a 3 mile run (well mainly walk today!) because I lost my key during it. I was shattered repeating it again but tried to take a mindful approach as had to be really focused on the route and looking carefully for it. It made me realise that pre mindfulness I would have felt frustrated having to do this but now instead I found it quite funny and interesting 😊 I even chatted to a few passers by and 🐶 who were happy to help me 😊
Mindfulness can be practised everywhere 😊😊
