I’ve been in London for the past few days and although I enjoy visiting, it always amazes me how fast paced it is. People seem to be rushing everywhere!
It’s a bit like life in general really, people rush to the next thing and rarely stop to “wake up” and be in the present moment.
Slowing down and taking more mindful pauses can help us to be in the moment more which can result in us feeling more content and less rushed in life 😊
