How about doing some simple mindful breathing today. You can do this as a formal practice or informally throughout the day.

Notice movements in your body as you breath in and breath out – see where you can tell you are breathing by feeling those subtle movements in your chest, tummy, back.

You may also like to spend a few moments feeling the air entering and leaving your body through your mouth or nose.

We can only breathe in the present moment so give yourself permission and congratulate yourself on spending some time being present today 😊 👏
