I woke up this morning feeling like my head was full of a million things I needed to do today (the usual – washing on, tidying up, shopping, emails, admin and of course some formal mindfulness practice!). I didn’t know where to start and was feeling exhausted just thinking about it! So I decided to do my mindfulness practice first today – realising this was for my physical and emotional health and not wanting to run out of time for it.
Once I’d done some practice (using the Present Mind Mindfulness app of course 😉) I felt calmer and as if I had more space in my mind. My “to do” list felt much less daunting and I’m now working through it feeling much more logical and calm 😊
