I’m just about to go on my (mindful!) run and it’s reminded me how anything we do can be done mindfully. So with walking or running – simply noticing the movement in our body, contact feet make with the ground, sounds, smells, weather, things you pass. Connecting to any of your senses and noticing thoughts which you can then make a choice over whether to engage in or simply let them go and keep your focus on your senses which are “real” instead πππ
