How about a mindful lunch today – it may be difficult to eat your whole lunch very slowly and mindfully but maybe just try your first mouthful this way. Chew slowly, notice the flavour and texture in different parts of your mouth. Notice the smell and temperature of the food too. Also you may like to notice any thoughts your mind has during eating and gently let these go and allow yourself to be fully immersed in eating ππ½
