How about picking an activity that you tend to do on autopilot “lost in thought” this week and instead choosing to do it more *mindfully*?

So you could choose brushing your teeth, climbing the stairs, a certain route you drive, making a cup of tea or having a shower for example.

It doesn’t matter what you choose but just simply pick one thing and try to bring awareness to it by *letting go* of thoughts when you do it each day and instead bringing your attention to your senses 😊

I’m going to try mindful chocolate eating 😀
