I wanted to remind you all today about how helpful regular mindfulness practice is. If we do formal practice on a regular basis it is really there for us at other times, particularly those times when we need it the most.

If you’re struggling to start up a regular formal practice why not try the short 4 minute breathing practice on the Present Mind Mindfulness app? You may find it easier to make a start with a short practice and then feel you want to do more next time 😊
