I saw this quote from the founder of the original 8 week mindfulness course Jon Kabat-Zinn and wanted to share it;
“When we can actually be where we are, not trying to find another state of mind, we discover deep internal resources we can make use of. Coming to terms with things as they are is my definition of healing”
I love this and truly believe it. Acceptance of what is in the *now* brings us peace and happiness 😊❤️
