Another reminder today to be kind to yourself! ❤️ ❤️❤️
You can’t pour from an empty cup and on flights the attendants always remind you to put your own oxygen mask on before helping anyone else remember!
Here are some ways you can be kind to yourself;
– noticing when you are having self critical thoughts and letting them go and bringing your focus back to something in the present moment.
– giving yourself time each day to relax and do nothing.
– doing things you find nourishing which could be, for example, having a bath, going for a walk, having a massage, meeting a friend for coffee or reading.
– doing some formal mindfulness practice maybe by using the Present Mind Mindfulness app (of course!) 😉
