I’ve just been reading an article called Achieve More By Doing Less. Very interesting about how busyness can be addictive and a badge of honour.

I think doing nothing is very underrated – we need to spend time doing nothing to give our minds a well earned break and rest.

Mindfulness practice can sometimes feel like doing nothing but in fact you are exercising your mind and allowing it to let go of thoughts which creates more space for feeling calm and less busy 😊
