I’d like to invite you to do some informal practice when you read this…
Just simply notice the contact your body is making with the seat you are sat on. Become aware of the weight of your body on the chair and notice the contact your feet are making with the floor.
Gently explore around your whole body being curious about any physical sensations you find. Notice the temperature of your body. Notice relaxed areas and tense areas. You may chose to soften any tension you find.
Finally congratulate yourself for doing this short, helpful practice
