Hi all, Mindfulness can help us find pleasure in the simplest of things – purely by bringing our attention to what we are doing and letting go of thoughts (which often involve judgments, views and opinions about wanting things to be different to how they are).
You may like to try and *be present* for the day to day stuff – cleaning, cooking, walking, driving. We are doing these things anyway so why not actually “be there” in body and mind 😊
