Hi everyone,
A great way of embedding your own mindfulness practice is to teach it to someone else. Why not give it a try with a friend, family member or colleague? It gives you more practice time whilst you show them and also helps someone else to make a start and get the benefits from regular practice.
(of course I’m very happy for you to also encourage them to attend one of mine, Caroline’s and Roz’s courses if they’d like to know more)
