I came across this article that describes a recent study showing that children of parents who practice mindfulness are less stressed.
I’m not surprised at all about this, even though not a parent myself (well, I’m a pet parent I suppose!) I know how mindfulness practice offers great benefits to your relationships with people and I know a number of people who practice mindfulness and have described how it has really changed their relationship with their children for the better – often simply from being more “present” with them.
