Please take a few minutes out to look after yourself. Here’s a short, simple 3 step breathing space.
1. Simply notice what thoughts are present right now. Just gently observe your mind. Also notice how you are feeling emotionally.
2. Gently guide your awareness to your breath. Spend a few moments simply feeling your body breathe in and breathe out.
3. Expand your awareness to include your whole body. Pay attention to any physical sensations – relaxed areas and tense areas. Scan around your whole body with curiosity.
The 3 step breathing space can be as short or as long as you intend. It’s an informal practice so can be done anywhere.
